High Mountain


A light and mellow breakfast style brew with great cup quality. We combine the mild flavour and well-balanced acidity of Colombian Cundinamarca, from the rugged Tequendama Valley in central Colombia, with the floral and earthy tones of Ethiopian Mocha Sidamo, grown at 1550-2200 m.a.s.l. in the Sidamo region of Southern Ethiopia. High altitude growing regions produce better quality coffees. The lower oxygen level forces the beans to mature more slowly and consistently, developing a greater strength of flavour. We City Roast (Medium) this delicious high grown combination to produce a mellow brew, perfect to start the day with.
