We require a full delivery address including postcode and a contact telephone number to ensure that your order can be delivered. No responsibility can be accepted for late or non deliveries where an incorrect address is given. 'Goods' ordered which are in stock will be dispatched as soon as possible. Delivery of 'Goods' is contracted out to a Third-Party and no responsibility can be accepted for delays which occur whilst the 'Goods' are in the hands of the Third-Party. Damaged or missing items should be marked on the consignment sheet when the 'Goods' are signed for. Checks should be made to ensure that the number of boxes received corresponds with the number listed on the manifest before signing for the 'Goods'. When delivery days are quoted these are not guaranteed, no responsibility can be accepted for 'Goods' which arrive late.
Once 'Goods' are signed for as received and in good condition, we are unable to be responsible for any loss or damage, therefore we recommend that 'Goods' are thoroughly checked before signing, if this is not possible, please mark the sheet 'unchecked'.
